How do I return an item?
We greatly appreciate your business and anticipate you and your pet will be very satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
We do not offer refunds for our perishable products, such as our treats and baked goods. However, we do offer a refund for non-perishable products which are unopened and returned within seven days of being purchased. You are responsible for shipping costs to return products and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
